Jeb was a boy down the street who was, in 1970, labelled as "mentally retarded." I babysat him and found him lovely but not so easy to work with. He didn't like going to bed and he weighed much more than me. -
Engaging all
While studying and doing practicums, I realized that a third of the students had special needs and learned differently. Therefore, after I had completed my teacher training, I signed up for the Waldorf version of Special Education course. -
