Schools were responsible for all students regardless of whether or not the child had a disability. -
National Instructional Materials Accessibility Standard
This law was added into IDEA. It explains the amount of access to instructional material the teacher and school is required to have prepared for the student. -
Every Student Succeeds Act
Requires that every student is held to a higher standard of education so that the student will be prepared for their future job or higher education.
