  • Vocational Rehabilitation Act

    Vocational Rehabilitation Act
    "Prohibits discrimination against students with disabilities in terms of federal funding. Provides a definition for the term appropriate education. Education educators in particular may pay attention to the part section 504. 504 ensures that students with disabilities have equal access to education as other students."
