  • American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

    American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
    A non-profit professional organization that concerns with intellectual disability and related developmental disabilities. This organization supports and fights for the equality and human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and as well their full inclusion in society.
  • Council for Exceptional Children

    The International Council for the Education of Exceptional Children was founded by a group of administrators and supervisors, which the Council first began with 12 members. This council helps meet the needs of those with disabilities.
