  • First Mission

    The first spanish mission in Texas was San Clemente, made by the spanish anear San Angelo after the Jumano requested it after the 1629 mission.
  • San Clemente

    Lasted until 1684.
  • San Antonio de Senecu

  • La navidad de los Cruces

  • San Fransisco de los Tejas

    This mission was made as an attempt to convert the Caddo to catholosism but failed as they were advanced enough to not need the Spanish help and faithful enough to not stop believing in their gods. and it was abandoned in 1693 for it's failure.
  • San cristobal

    First mission made in 1700's.
  • The Alamo

    San Antonio de Valero was made mostly as a halfway point in the journey along the Royal highway to Louisiana.
  • Neustra Senora de los Dolores del Rio de San Xavier

    Lasted from 1745 to mid/late 1700s.
