  • Teacher In Space Project

    On August 27th, 1984, US President Ronald Reagan announced the Teacher In Space Project, a project in which an ordinary teacher is selected to go up into space. Christa McAuliffe was the selected teacher. The Challenger unfortunatley exploded and the project was cancelled four years later due to the incedent.
