An Ontario Superior Court of Justice has ruled against Southgate Public Interest Research Group (SPIRG) and ordered it to pay legal costs of $41,185.34 after the dismissal of SPIRG’s application to overturn the building permit issued to Lystek for its Southgate Organic Materials Recovery Centre (OMRC).
