Although California is one of the most diverse states, it still not does have a significant rate of ethnic graduates. Many minority students will not come to school prepared to learn. California has been making strides to change these rates, mainly in elementary school settings. Also, in early childhood settings, it has been a goal to provide equal accessibility to resources and knowledge.
