France treated the Indians primarily as trading partners, causing differences to appear between the spanish, english, and the french.

    This afected the New World both economically and geographically, due to the slaughtering of Native American's for their land. This rebellion began when William Berkley raised taxes making it hard for poor farmers to pay off their debts. When the farmers asked for help removing Natives from their land Berkley refuse to help, in which Bacon responded by slaughtering the NAtive Americans for their land.

After this many taxes were dissolved, but more harsh taxes were added. This was to show colonists what happens when they try to rebell against the law.

This was a war fought between British soldiers and the colonist in the Americas. The cause of these wars were taxes the British were placing upon the colonists. It went from a civil war to a international war when the French got involved due to helping the colonists.

    As immigration exploded, the urban population surged from 6 million in 1860 to 42 million in 1910. Big cities got bigger: Chicago tripled in size in the 1880s and 1890s. People spread tp city areas and created what we now know as industrial life.

    An era where alcohol was illegal and crime rates spiked. People believed the cause of work related injuries, child abuse, crimes rates and so much mire were from drinking. When Prohibiton was passed the crime rates drastically jumped (more than during WWI and WWII). Alcohol was still being made and drank, even by those who enforced the law. Millers were shut down putting people out of jobs and the US lost more money than needed from not being able to collect taxes from alcohol.
