First Day
From this day on, i will excercise a minimum of 5 days per week for no less than one hour each day. I will do this to train my flexibility and endurance. -

1 month
By this time, i should be physically fit enough to run at least 4 miles without stopping. -
2 months
I want to be able to do splits and walking handstands by this day. This should prepare me to start acro in the fall. -
4 months
I will begin a tumbling class somewhere in Cary and start practicing daily. I will not give up no matter what the consequences. -
6 months
My final goal is to make the acro team in a private school i plan on attending starting junior year.
