Nat Turner’s Rebellion
Nat Turner was a slave who led a rebellion in Virgina killed many women, men and children. They were finally captured and killed but people were still haunted by this. Social: i think this because a lot of people were effected by and started to think that their slaves would rebel as well. -
Nullification Crisis
there was tension between the North and south when talking about slavery and tariffs. Each regioin wasnted to make sure their economies were being protected but the Union. Econmic and political; Many people were deciding on being having their state be removed from the consitution. they also had to deal with how their state would be economically stable.. -
Cherokee Indian Removal
The millitary removed all of the cherokee indians from their homes in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee and moved them west to Indian Territory. he Cherokees lost approximately one-fourth of their people to disease and hardship during the exodus to Indian Territory. Social: Other people thought the Cherokees were a threat so they decided to separated them to a different state. -
