Skateboarding began i the 1950´s. Mellow surfers got a great idea and they began to surf on the streets. nobody knows ho made the first skateboard, but soon everybody were skateboarding. -
The first skateboard ramp
The first skateboarding boom was invented in 1963. Many skaters was bored and started to built their own ramps. -

every year will there be held a contest in Copenhagen. The event is mostly for pro´s, but amateur´s can also join.
