The shortest dynasty that used the Silk Road. The Maurya stopped using the Oil Road Round when the Han started to us the Silk Road.During a period of time the Maurya and the Roman Empire were the only groups using the Silk Road. -

Qin Dynasty
The Qin Dynasty used the Silk Road for conquests wars and trades they used it during when the Roman Empire used and when the Maurya uses it. -

Han dynasty
They were not isolated because they used the Silk Road in the common era while other dynasties/groups used the Silk Road for trading and travel purposes. -

Parthian Empire
They were the second longest but never isolated the Parthian Empire used the Silk Road along side the Roman Empire and the Han Dynasty and the Kushan Empire. -

Kushan Empire
The Kushan Empire used the Silk Road with the Parthian Empire, the Han Dynasty and the Roman Empire. The only group they did not share the Silk Road with is the Maurya Dynasty. -

Roman Empire
The Roman Empire is the only group that used the Silk Road in isolation this is probably because it used the Silk Road for the longest.
