In 2001 Itunes was released. Itunes was huge for music fans. It allowed consumers to record music from CDs, into iTunes. It changed the game for music distribution and the music industry in general. Even after less than a week after its release, over one million songs were downloaded. -
Blue-Ray
In 2003, Blue-Ray optical disks were released by different electronic companies. Blue-ray was made to take the place of DVDs. Blue-rays were made to show 1080p, which is better than the 480p DVDs shows. A lot of DVD consumers switched to Blu-Ray for its higher video quality. -
Nintendo WII
In 2006 the Nintendo Wii was released. The Nintendo Wii isn't just like any other console that have already been released, The Nintendo Will had advanced gesture recognition which allowed for sensor technologies to interact with the user. This means the user could play with a wide range of physical movements which was new and innovative at the time. -
Apple IPad
In 2010 Apple released its very first Ipad. The Ipad had a lot of the same features and capabilities as the iPhone but as a bigger screen and no phone. Its popularity grew because of its apps and games and everything else it had to offer.
