Internet in my house
I was in Kindergarten/First grade when my grandparents got our first computer. I remember I couldn't talk on the phone when we were using the internet.

Using Computers in school
I can remember going to the computer lab when I was in Kindergarten and through elementary school. I remember working on math programs and typing programs. The typing program was my favorite. Image source:

Doing my first research assignment
I remember doing my first research assignment that required using the internet. I was researching Christmas in Egypt. The assignment was to share about Christmas in another country. I remember specifically looking up a recipe with my grandmother for an Egyptian cookie. -
Getting my first cell phone
I got my first cell phone when I was in 7th grade. I wanted a razor but got some other type of flip phone. I was able to get internet on it but it was hard to view web pages. I was mostly hyperlinks. -
My First iPhone
I was in 10th grade when I got my first iPhone. I had access to everything. This is when I became aware of wifi and not just the Ethernet cable. I remember specifically not being able to take videos on this phone. Image source:

High School
During high school internet became very important. I was using it for school and for social media. Facebook became very popular during this time. It was the switch between myspace and facebook. -
College
Everything is online. Technology is booming. So many different social medias, games, apps, smart phones and more. I learned about a lot of educational games during this time. such as plicker, kahoot, etc... I did not have anything like that when I was in school. Just a ELMO. not even a smart board.
