Ponyboy is walking home from the movie theater and he is jumped by some Socs. The Socs are mad because the greasers were with their girlfriends. -

Darry gets mad because Ponyboy wasn't home by curfew and when Soda trys to stick up for Pony so Darry hits him:( -
Ponyboy and Johnny get Jumped by Socs and Johnny Kills Bob
5 Socs try to drown Ponyboy so Johnny stabs the one who was drowning Pony. (In self-defense) -
Johnny and Ponyboy Get On a Train to Windrixville
Johnny and Ponyboy are on the run because Johnny stabbed a Soc and they are running away from the police. -
The Church They Are In Sets On Fire Because of One of Their Cigarettes
They dropped one of their cigarettes that they thought was out on the ground and after they eat they come back and find out that it started the church on fire. -
The Rumble
It is a very ironic thing because they dress up to go fight but their clothes get really torn up when they do fight. -
Johnny Dies:(
Johnny was burned and parylized from his waist up when a big piece of burning timber fell on him and burned and crushed his back. His last words were: "Stay gold, Ponyboy. Stay gold." Then he dies:( -
Dally Dies:(
Dally loves Johnny and when Johnny dies he thinks he doesn't have anything else to live for. So he gets the police to come after him and acts like he is going to shoot then the police shoot him. -
Soda Runs Out
Soda gets his letter to Sandy back unopened and can't stand Pony and Darry arguing anymore so he runs out. -
They Go To Court
They all go to court. Sherri defends them and says that the reason Johnny stabbed Bob was in self-defense. She also tells the judge that the Socs were drunk that night and probably had no idea what they were doing.
