My Birth
I am also a twin! I have a twin sister, but I am still older than her by one minute. -
Learned to ride a two-wheeled bike
I told my dad that it was time to take off the training wheels because I am a big boy now. The only problem I ran into was not knowing how to stop, but I didn't realize it until it was too late. So, when I had to stop I starting yelling for help and my dad came to my rescue and saved me from falling off the bike. -
My Uncle came from India
The day that my Uncle came from Indian, I didn't have an immediate connection with them. But, as time went on I started to have a deeper connection with them. Now I trust them with my life and they have molded me into the person I have become. -
The day my grandpa died
When I came home from school, I noticed a very sad look on my parents. I knew instantly something bad happened, and I started calling "Grandpa!", but I heard nothing back. I was very close to my grandpa and when I heard the news that he had died a little piece inside of me broke. His death has tolled effect on me and I was never the same again. -
Bought a new house
Moving into the new house was scary at first because I was only six years old and it was hard to adjust. Moving created a new chapter in my life because it pushed me out of the comfort zone and it was something new to me. -
Traveling to India
When I was around seven years old, I was going to travel aboard. I was so excited to visit India where my mom and dad grew up at. On the plane ride there my sister and I didn't even go to sleep for the entire flight. Traveling to a third-world country really made understand how lucky I have food on the table every day. -
Meeting my friends at church
When I met my friends at church it changed my entire life. Ever since I met them, I knew we are going to long life friends. Because of them, I am a more confident person than I was before. -
Moving to a new school
Moving to a new school was challenging because I did not know anyone from there. As I was getting ready for the first day of school, I was nervous if I was going to make new friends at that school. While I doubted myself for making friends, I made a friend within the first five minutes of school starting. -
Principal's List
As a seventh grader I wanted to achieve all A's for the entire year and as matter effect I did. When receiving the award I felt proud of myself for getting all A's. So, from that point on I always set my goal as achieving all A's every year. -
Graduating Highschool
I am really excited about graduating high school in 2021. I really want to make my parents proud. I also want to be the first in my family to attend a university.
