    Revolution means change, but the leader did not want change.

    Number of factories doubled between 1863 and 1900.
    Russia then became the fourth ranking producer of steel.
    Producing a lot more steel helped changed because they modernize many things.
  • Bloody Sunday

    Bloody Sunday
    200,000 workers and families went to Czars palace with a petition to change.
    Soldiers were ordered to fire, they killed and wounded over 1,000 people.
    The Czar promised freedom but then gave up on that about 10 weeks later.

    More than 4 million Russians died, Rasputin was put in a higher rank but was later murdered.
    Russia wanted to change and not go into war, but instead lost 4 million lives.

    Lenin suffered a stroke in 1922 and he passed away.
    This change was not very good because now their government does not change and everyone wants it to.
