Whe Nicholas II abdicated, a new provisional government started, the leader was inicially Gueorgui Lvov, but later Kerensky, who continued with World War I, and basically had the same government as Tsar. -
Lenin´s return
Whe he returns, the provisional government collapses and Lenin seized power in name of the "Soviets", which were divided into Menshevika and Bolsheviks. -
October Revolution
Lenin was the main leader, he wantd a communist system and he signed a treaty to end Russia´s participation in World War I, losing territory. -
Russia´s Civil War
Red army vs. White army in opposition to communist regime, the red army was more organized, therefore they won.
Royal family was imprisoned and killed.
