Russian gained the first communist government which was lead by Lenin. communists took over the vital city of St Petrograd and removed the Provisional Government from power. -

Lenin changed the name of his political party to the communist party. -
Treaty of Tartu
The black and red army make an alliance, which is bad for the white army. Polish troops then take Vilna. The treaty of Riga is signed, which forms a truce between Russia and Poland. Russia recognizes Finland's independence, though Karelia is still being disputed. -
Kronstadt rebellion and the Treaty of Moscow
A major unsuccessful uprising against the Bolsheviks in March 1921, during the later years of the Russian Civil War. The rebellion was crushed by the Red Army after a 12-day military campaign, resulting in several thousand deaths. The treaty of Moscow was a friendship treaty between the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and Bolshevist Russia, under the leadership of Vladimir Lenin, signed on 16 March 1921. -
The USSR is established
The USSR, consisting of Russia, Belorussia, Ukraine, and the Transcaucasian Federation, which would also be known as the Soviet Union, would become the predecessor to the Russian empire, and would be the first Marxist Socialism based country.
