The troops of the petrograd start to get called in to calm the riots and they kill people in doing so, but this did not stop the protesters and the soldiers started to waver. -
February Revolution triumph
The revolution wins and soldiers formed committees to vote for deputies for the petrograd army. The imperial Government resigned and formed another govenment to peacefully stop the soldiers from attacking in the revolution. -

The Transcaucasians declare their independence from Russia and form the Transcaucasian Republic. This Republic will dissolve on May 26, 1918. -
Czar II and his family are executed
Czar had taken his job lightly and was not good at domestic affairs and the people of his country started to resent him. Later he and his family had to move, becasue of the war. Then in siberia some drunk men came into their place and started firing killing him and his family. -

Lenin sees that russia is falling due to their economy and makes a new economic policy. Nep was used as a private trade were people traded their food and resources for money. -

The treaty of repallo allowed russia and Germany to trade. Russia received industrial manufacturing technology from the germans. Germany received training and weapons from russia. They both benefited greatly from this since they were both outcast to the other nations. -
Lenin dies
After getting shot two times his health started to detoriate. He had three strokes, but kept working leading up to his death.
