    When the last king was expelled Rome was ruled by senators. They made a constitution with laws, then Rome became a complex republican government.

    He has the longest reign of 41 years. His real name was Octavius. He defeated Mark Antony with the famous Egyptian queen, Cleopatra and then with the senate of Rome created a new constitutin for the great empire.
