  • MOSAIC Agreement

    Confirmation in writing that EAN will be using Mosaic going forward

  • Meet with John Micciche w/c 19th Nov

    Arrange dates for training the DC's & NWF and a seperate date for the Site Managers. Agree timescales to roll out MOSAIC by 1st Feb

  • MOSAIC Handbook

    Lou & John to work together to produce a mosaic handbook that can be given out at the DC's training date. To complete by 7th December

  • Training DC's & NWF

    Attend the training with the DC's & NWF in Leeds or Manchester w/c 10th Dec

  • Site Manager MOSAIC Training

    Attend Meeting and discuss any issues/queries Site Managers may have in regards to MOSAIC.

  • IT Installed

    Ensure all IT works on site before the roll out takes place, Andy Crook to assist.

  • Roll out MOSAIC to all sites
