THE PLOT
Takes place in Metropolis in 2026. The main character, Freder, falls in love with Maria and they decide to get married. Freders father teams up with the scientist Rotwang, and they plan to kidnap Maria and make a robot that looks like her to discredit her. The robot starts to encourage the workers in the city to revolt. THE ROBOT
The robot is a double of Maria, but starts creating havoc in the city. THE MESSAGE

THE PLOT
Outer space. The Rebel Alliance is lead by Princess Leia. Their ship is captured by the Imperial Forces and the princess hides her plans in the droid R2-D2 together with a holograph, asking for for help by the Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi. R2-D2 is discovered by Luke, who finds Obi-Wan. He learns that his father was a Jedi, and Luke starts the training to become a Jedi himself. THE ROBOT

Animated film, takes place in 2005. The homeworld of the Transformers is controlled by the Decepticons, and the Autobots create Autobot City on Earth - Megatron is defeated. THE ROBOT
Megatron - the leader of the evil Decepticons. Is defeated by the leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime. THE MESSAGE
Robots can end up becoming a huge part of our future. -
RoboCop
THE PLOT
The near future near Detroit. OCP (a corporation) plans to destroy Detroit and create the utopian city Delta City. OCP wants to replace human policemen with robots, and they therefore run several different program - one of them is RoboCop. THE ROBOT

Robots could be a help in many dangerous jobs, because they can take more. -

THE PLOT
Takes place in 2005. Andrew is a robot, who is introduced to keep the house in a family home. The family discovers, that the robot can identify emotions and that he starts to develop some himself. The makers of Andrew wants to destroy him, but the family keeps him and encourages him to educate himself. THE ROBOT
