    The Proclamation of 1763 is a proclamation where Indians are not allowed to trespass onto settlers property. To prevent this,a border was made across the Appalachian mountains to prevent Indians from crossing as soldiers stood guard.     The Sugar Act is another of the many acts passed by the king. It placed a direct tax on Sugar and molasses. The colonists became angered with the tax they had to pay, so they boycotted sugar and molasses in order to have Britain have a economic loss due to no products being bought.     The quartering act is an act issued by King George III. It was made to provide housing, food, and bedding to soldiers by the settlers. The settlers believed that they should not have to be forced to provide housing to soldiers.     The Declaratory act is an act by King George in response to repealing the stamp act. Unlike the other acts, the declaratory act did not issue any taxes, but it reinforced parliament's law making power onto the settlers. This meant that parliament had full control over the settlers. They could tax the settlers whenever they felt like it. As a result, settlers refused any of the actions that parliament asked. The tax meant that all things that were being imported into the colonies, such as glass, lead, paper, paint, and tea were all taxed coming in. Since settlers viewed his as an abuse of power, Parliament repealed the townshend acts, except for tea.     The Boston Tea Party is a form of rebellion done by the colonists. The Sons of Liberty were disguised as Mohawk Indians and boarded a ship loaded with tea. Then they decided to throw all of the tea over into the harbor as a protest for having to pay a tax on tea.     The declaration of independence is a declaration written mainly by Thomas Jefferson.In the midst of the revolutionary war (led by George Washington), the continental congress was tasked with drafting a formal statement of all of the colonies' intentions.
