Required British colonists to take care of the troops, provide supplies and shelter. -

Changed the courts system so that there were no jurys and that the accused were guilty until proven innocent. -

After reppealing the stamp act the british parliment inacted the delatory act which gave absolute power over north american colonies. -

Enforced new regulations on goods such as glass, white lead, paper, paint, and tea. -

British troops opened fire on group of towns people. -

Group of local colonists that established one of the first secret meetings against the british. -

Intercolonial meeting in Vrginia that was another stepping stone of every colony having meetings. -
Boston Tea Party
Colonists angered bythe monopolization of the tea trade boarded a ship and dumped all the tea into the boston harbor. -
Intolereable acts
Series of acts that chasties Boston and Massachusets after the Boston Tea party. -
Lexington and Concord
A minor battle between British troops and colonists, eventually ending with around 300 redcoat casualties. The soldiers were sent to sieze colonial gun powder and certain rebel leaders. -
Declaration of Idependence
A list of complaints against the British government. Was a sign that the colonies were breaking off of the British Motherland.
