The Prince threatens the men
The Capulates and Montagues begin to fight, which was shortly interrupted by the Prince. The Prince threaten to kill them if they made the same mistake. -
The Capulets throw a party.
The Capulets decide to throw a party. Peter, the servant, gives the list to Romeo to read because he cannot. Romeo reads it and decides to go to get over Rosaline. This is the first day the Capulets starts discussing the wedding. -
Romeo meets Juliet at the party.
Romeo goes to the party after being persuaded from his friends to get over Rosaline. Not only does he get over Rosaline he falls deeply in love with Juliet. Tybalt spots Romeo and doesn't approve of Romeo being there. After the party, Romeo goes to Juliets balcony. "By love, who first did prompt me to inquire. He lent me consel and I lent him eyes." -
Romeo goes to visit Friar Lawerence.
Romeo goes to Friar Lawerence right away to help him get married to Juliet. The Friar tries to warn him with his wisdom but Romeo who is young and impatient doesn't listen. "Evil can come from good things and good things can come rom evil." Even though Friar Lawerence is aware that this is against the rules he thinks by marrying the two the Capulets and Montagues will get along. -
Tybalt kills Mercutio
Mercutio got tired of Romeo not taking any action so he decided to start a fight with Tybalt. Romeo attempted to stop the fight and it ended with Mercutio being stabbed under Romeo's arm. -
Romeo wanted revenge from Tybalt
Romeo was very upset and irrational after witnessing his best friends death. After Tybalt returned to the scene Romeo got his revenge with Tybalt and left him dead. Benvolio cleared up the situation with the Prince after Romeo fleed. -
Romeo is exiled.
The Prince exiles Romeo instead of killing him because too many people have died already. Romeo spends his last few hours with Juliet before leaving Verona. -
Juliet tells Romeo goodbye
Juliet tells Romeo goodbye for the last time. She is sad and fustrated at the same time because her parents want her to marry Paris. She refuses, which send both of her parents over the edge. -
Juliet goes to Friar Lawerence
Juliet is running out of options so she goes to Friar Lawerence for help. He gives her a great plan that sadlt doesn't work out because of they're timing. -
Juliet takes action
Juliet agrees to Friar Lawerence's plan and immediately goes home to tell her family she want to marry Paris. Lord Capulet is so jubilant he changes the wedding a day earlier. This conflicts with Juliets plan a lot. -
Juliet takes the poison
Since the wedding date is moved Juliet is left with no choice but to take the poison. The Friar is not aware of Juliet taking the poison earlier then scheduled. Also, Romeo has no clue of the plan at all because he hasn't been informed yet. -
Romeo is losing it!
The letter doesnt get out to Romeo on time because the other Friar couldn't pass over because of the illness that is spreading. Romeo's servant doesn't know about the plan but finds out that Juliet is "dead." Therefore, he leaves Verona to go and tell Romeo Juliet has passed. -
Romeo buys his poison
Romeo is very depressed after hearing the news. He goes to the nearest place to buy his poison and goes off to die right next to Juliet. -
Romeo kills Paris
After Romeo finally gets to the vault he runs into Paris who is already in there. Romeo won't let anyone get in his way so he kills Paris. -
Romeo has had enough
Romeo realizes who he just killed after Paris is dead. Romeo feels bad about what he has done. Romeo says his lasts words to Juliet then poisons himself. -
Ju;iet wakes up
Juliet wakes up to Romeo who has poisoned himself and Paris dead. She feels like there is nothing left to do except kill herself. -
The Friar explains
The friar tells both families everything. -
Capulets and Montagues unite
After both families realize if they weren't against each other Romeo and Juliet coud still be living. -
Friar's dream comes true
Friar Lawerence thought if he went against the rules and married Romeo and Juliet both families would come to peace with each other. Friar Lawerence got exactly what he wanted. Sadly, that costed Romeo and Juliets lives.Also, it took a lot of violence to get to that peace.
