It started before the age of 1
-
I received my first favorite book
-
My second-grade teacher made reading and writing fun and I was able to write my first essay in her class.
-
Mr.Shepard allowed me to be creative in my writing and focus on spelling and punctuation. I started to take writing seriously and moved away from writing kid stories.
-
I had a hard time transitioning from elementary school to middle school but Mrs.Kupperman always made her class welcoming. She also encouraged us to read more advanced books.
-
I stopped feeling inspired.
-
I was always in advanced reading and writing classes. I encountered a teacher during my freshman year of high school that was very hard on me so I decided to go to a regular English class to remove myself from the situation
-
After one bad experience, I had plenty of good experiences. I was always closer to my English teachers and they always looked out for me in high school. also always got A's in English so I never really stressed. It was a fun class that allowed me to get good grades.
-
In college, I have had the same experiences as high school, it is a fun class that I receive good grades in, so no complaints
-
Since the Quarantine, I have picked up some books but none have really grabbed my attention
