I chose this traffic builder because it does not cost the business much and it may create high interest from the early morning workers. This will bring more customers in the morning and these customers might tell others about the promotion as well.

    This coupon will be a coupon plan which will include a punch card that gets the customer a free 10th coffee after buying 9. This coupon will be distributed through personal selling, the server will give the customer the card and tell them about the benefits of it, I chose this promotional strategy because it will increase brand loyalty and bring customers in again and again. This will create a quality image of the restaurant because people will see it as a reliable source of coffee every day.

    We will put out a sample platter of small bits of our pastries above the see-through pastry holder. This location is chosen because if the customer enjoys the sample, they will want to buy the actual product. This will show customers the wide varieties of products we have and that we are not just a coffee shop.
