    I will develop a rewards program where every three dollars you spend you get a point. One point = one dollar. You can cash in points for coffee, donuts, and another product. Having a program like this will increase brand loyalty and attract new customers. This will make it so that more people will recognize my brand because of my amazing deals with the program. Plus it will make them regulars for the points.

    The contest will be a singing/band contest. The audience will use their royalty apps to vote who sung the best each week. The winner gets a 25 dollar gift card. Competitions are on Fridays and every week of the year. This will encourage bands to come and sing at our cafe which will attract customers.

    I will make a deal that every coffee you buy you get a free donut but only on fridays. This is because of my deal with the bands winning and getting a 25 dollar gift card. The band will attract customers and when they are listening to the music they will be eating. This will promote a happy and friendly environment at my shop.

    The coupon will consist of 3 coupons. One coupon will be 10% off any meal/beverage, one will be a Bogo for a small coffee or donut, and one will be 50% off your purchase of $20 or more. They will be distributed by mail because then they can’t replicate the coupon. This will make our cheap prices even cheaper to show how the price doesn’t matter to us. What matters is quality coffee. Having the coupons also shows that we are giving back to the community

    Product Samples
    I will serve mini glasses of different types of my coffee and small parts of different donuts. I will distribute these at costco because they have many samples I will be able to see my competition.
