    Buy 2 coffees get a third free. They will be distributed via VALPAK and MONEY MAILER to residents in the muskego area and surrounding. I feel this promotional strategy will show that we are trying to build a customer base and it will draw people in to buying coffee here at a discount than at a chain coffee shop like starbucks. I think passing out coupons will establish a new customer base and encourage people to use them.

    Everytime you order any menu item you will get a ticket. These tickets will be put into a jar and drawn at the end of the month to win a prize. It could be a TV, concert tickets, gift cards, anything that would entice people to buy tickets. This will encourage people to buy more food and drinks to have more chances to win, and it boosts your revenue because they are buying more items.

    We will go to local events and to spin the wheel contest for our gift cards and promotional products like coffee mugs and coupon books. I believe this will get more people to come to the restaurant and it will get our brand image out with the promotional products people win. I believe doing this in January will get people after the holidays to come in and start the new year right.

    We will give away free samples of iced coffee and tiny sandwiches at events in the area such as fairs and festivals to get our brand image out to the public. I think if we distributed these at events it would also be a great way to sell our discount cards as well and really expand our customer base. I believe after a lot of other advertising fixes have been done and reputation is reestablished that would be a good time to pass out free samples.
  • Coupon Plans

    For $20, you can buy a coupon book and the proceeds will go to the Warriors football team. This will encourage people to buy these coupon books to support a local football team. Buying these will draw people to coming in and using different coupons in the coupon book because its supporting a cause. I think after business has been stabilized this would be a good time to implement this plan.
