Our coupon will vary from 15% off your next order, $2 off your order, or a free bakery item. We will have both paper copy coupons and digital copies. We will have a rule that you can only use 1 coupon at a time so our business is still able to make a good profit. This will improve the image of our business because once people see we offer deals, they are more likely to come in and try new drinks or food. The more coupons people receive, the more they will want to come back. -
Incentives - Sweepstakes
We will offer a sweepstakes that if you buy three coffees that all have the same sticker on the bottom you will win 20% off for the rest of the year. Only one person will win this prize and it is completely by chance. We hope to have this competition carried out for a couple months before someone wins. This will improve the image of our brand because people will hear about this sweepstakes and want to be a part of it. Even if they don’t want to win, they may think, “Why not try”. -
Traffic Builder
Our business will offer the first 50 people in the drive-thru a free muffin from our bakery item. We chose this because even if people are hesitant to come back to our shop, the free muffin will give them the final push to come back. This will improve the image of our restaurant because we will be perceived as a business that gives back to its customers and is willing to give out free items from time to time. -
Product samples
Our product sample will include our traditional coffee blend and a bakery sample of our breakfast sandwich. We chose these because they are the most popular items and we want the public to try both our beverages and food items. These samples will be distributed into our cafe, and grocery stores. This will improve the image of our restaurant because we look like we are trying to reshape our image, as well as we look generous offering samples free of charge to the public. -
Coupons plans
Our coffee shop will offer punch cards to any customer that wants it. After 9 punches they will receive either a medium free drink or bakery item. I chose this because it is easy for customers to keep track of their card because they can just keep it in their wallet. This will improve our image because once people start getting their punch card filled out, they’ll be more likely to pick our coffee shops over others, knowing that if they keep coming back they’ll get a free drink.
