The coupon plan will start ASAP and will continue until we have regained all the trust of our customers back. We selected this form of promotional strategy because we feel like this is the quickest way of getting customers back in our store and regaining their trust. These reasons will also increase the image of the restaurant. -
Coupons
These coupons will bring people back into our store because they will be a big discount. Most of these coupons will be 30-50% off our food and merchandise so that will bring in customers. We will distribute these in grocery stores, magazines and the paper to get the word of these coupons out faster. We will give these out to every person who spends more than $15 in one store appearance. This promotional strategy will increase the image of our restaurant because we will regain the trust of many. -
Traffic Builder
For every 100th customer will will give away a free cup of coffee. This strategy will bring people in because they’ll want to be the 100th customer and win that coffee. This reason will also increase the image of the restaurant by bringing in so many people. -
Product Sample
We will be giving out free product samples of our new cinnamon toast muffins. These samples will be distributed in grocery stores and our store, this will get the name of these muffins out and will bring more people in. This will increase the image by getting more people in the store and by serving them delicious muffins. -
Incentives
We will have an apple bobbing contest since it’s fall and many people like apples. This competition will be held for and hour and whoever wants to compete within this time can, the winner of this contest will get a big bag of merchandise and food from our store. This will increase the image of our restaurant because we can prove that we can have fun and while all these people are piling in and waiting they’ll have to buy something from our shop.
