I will host a sweepstakes that with every purchase you get entered in for $500 and free food for a year. They can have unlimited entries, this will show that we care about our customers. It will show that we are more reliable and trustworthy. -
Coupon
I will implement a coupon for 25% off any meal over $15. They will be distributed through the mail and online, we will send a coupon in the mail to everyone in Muskego and we will post a coupon online for people to come in and use it. This will get people back into the cafe and have them spend a decent amount of money to test out our food again and make sure it's up to par. -
Product Samples
We will have free samples of our different coffees so people can realize that our products are safe and enjoyable. These will be at the places where the accidents happened and in our low business areas to raise awareness, this will make the cafe more popular. -
Coupon Plan
We will implement a free combo meal for every 10th time you purchase something in the restaurant, I selected this as a promotional strategy because it will help people get back into the restaurant and buy things multiple times. This will make the restaurant more reliable because they will have to come back at least 10 times to get it and the food will be good every time.
