  • Mail out coupons

    The coupon will give 25% off for when they purchase a hot coffee. These coupons will be sent in the mail to everyone within the city and neighboring cities of the cafe. This will improve the image of the restaurant because the coupons take a decent amount of cost off the product.They will be getting their money's worth and then when they give it a try they will realize how good and not sickening the coffee is. Bound to come back for more.
  • Product Samples

    Free small sample sizes for food and drink, no limit. These samples will be provided outside local stores, schools, gas stations, and any other populated areas. These locations were chosen because they are the most populated and are guaranteed to get some attention and get customers to consume some of my product. People will be able to figure what flavors or foods they like and they will come to the restaurant therefore adding population to the restaurant, and improving image.
  • Coupon Plans

    After the first 3 purchases of ice coffee, customers will get 30% off on their next drink/meal of choice. This will also be sent in the mail. I selected this form of promotional strategy because after they use their coupon for 25% off and realize the coffee is very good, they will buy more coffee with the intention to complete the coupon plan. This strategy will improve the image because it is showing that the cafe knows how to give a customer a good bargain for their buck.
  • Incentive (Sweepstakes)

    The sweepstake will have customers enter in their phone number and email on the cafe’s website to enter themselves in a game of chance to win free coffees from the cafe for two months. After a 3 week period of people entering their phone numbers and emails, a number will be chosen at random and the winner gets the prize. This will help improve the image of the restaurant because it now gives a reason for customers to get more interested and involved with the company in hopes to win free coffee.
  • Traffic Builder

    The first 500 people to use the drive-thru to purchase food or drink from the cafe will receive a free coffee of their choice. I selected this form of strategy because using the drive-thru will bring in more customers who would prefer to go through a drive-thru as opposed to going inside. This will improve the image of the restaurant because it gives customers more variety.
