    Psychodynamic therapy is a therapy that focuses on the psychological roots of some sort of emotional suffering, and it uses techniques to self-reflect or self-examine to show what happened in your life that might be repressed.
  • Aversion

    A form of therapy that takes on psychological problems with a conditioning procedure to make a stimulus less proactive by pairing with unpleasent stimuli.
  • Electroconvulsive

    A type of therapy that primarily treats depression it sends an electrical current to the head, which can also cause seizures.
  • Exposure

    This is a therapy that attempts to help people with their fears and anxiety that follows, by exposing them little by little to their fear which then leads to them being less afraid of whatever it is.
  • Humanistic

    This is a therapy that helps people with freeing themselves from disabling assumptions and attitudes which can lead to the person living a better life.
  • Cognitive

    This therapy attempts to help patients understand how distorted perceptions and thoughts contribute to painful feelings, and help with negative feelings.
  • Group/Family

    This therapy mostly focuses on helping families rebuild relationships with each other, it is also not focused on one-on-one communication but the group as a whole.
