today we have looked at case study's on implementing PRINCE 2 into a company as there main methodology for project management . where we made a summary of the project as a whole and then looked at the lessons learned from PRINCE 2 and the main benefits we also looked at the brief for the first assignment -

This lesson we worked on assignment one for project management -
10 thoughts on cyber exam
1 Part a doesn't look as bad as I thought
2 i am nervous about the length of the exam
3 with the amount of practice we are going to get i feel fairly confident in my ability to pass
4 i have not done an exam in a long time so i am unsure of how i will do under the pressure
5 risk assessments are easy enough
6 creating the security plan will be the hardest part
7 i am interested in how well i will do
8 i will need to do extra revision
9 need doing work under exam conditions -

last lesson we started assignment 2 by writing an agenda for a meeting with the client and then doing the minuets for the meeting. i feel like i need longer for the assignment. im closer to finishing it. i still have a lot of it left to do -

today i continued with assignment 2. i feel like i am catching up and will be finished on time. this will men i will be able to focus on other longer assignments. if i get it done on time i wont end up behind on other assignments or revision for exams. i still have a bit more to do to be finished on time
