    Major stakeholders including, but not limited to, teachers, department chairs, site administrators, parents, TSAs, and district administrators, meet to review what PBL entails and how it might be implemented in our district. This session might also include a brainstorm of implementation, if necessary, as well as initial informal "approval" to move forward with this plan.

    Various volunteer stakeholders meet to begin designing the implementation process, necessary curriculum support, and district policies for PBL in the entire district.

    PBL Focus Team (possibly only a few representatives) presents the implementation plan to the CNUSD board for approval.

    PBL Focus Team works collaboratively to develop common threads among the school sites in the district slated for PBL implementation. Each school site will have some autonomy for implementation within common guidelines/policies set forth by the district.
