Anti- Saloon League
The Anti-Saloon League was made. It became a powerful force in passing a national ban on alcohol. -
18th amendment
18th amendment was ratified. It banned the manufacturing or selling of alcohol because of the abuse ( also called the Volstead Act.) -
Volstead Act
On October 28th the Volstead Act passes the US Congress and establishes the enforcement of prohibition. -
21st Amendment
On December 5th, prohibition is repealed with the 21st amendment. -
Bonnie Clyde
Bonnie and Clyde were criminals in the 1920s and 1930s, who were charged for murders, burglaries, robberies, and kidnapping. They stole two cars, and hid them in the Rocky Mountains. They died from being shot to death by cops.
