  • Conception

  • Month 1

    Month 1
    The baby is starting to develop a amniotic sac around it. It is starting to develop its lower jaw, chin, and throat. And a placenta. The mothers monthly bleeding stops. The mother feels the need to frequently urinate and she experiences morning sickness. Some tips are don't wait on going to the bathroom, gets lots of rest, and don't lift heavy objects.
  • Month 2

    Month 2
    The baby's ears begin to develop along with continuing facial feature developing. Along with the legs, arms, fingers, toes, and eyes. The neural tube is also forming. Now the baby is known as a fetus. The mother during this time has increased thirst. She also experiences pain in the uterus along with hyper salivation. Some tips to help through this time is get lots of rest, wear a proper bra, and eat regularly.
  • Month 3

    Month 3
    The baby is fully formed at this point. It can open and close its fists and mouth. The finger and toenails are starting to develop. During this time the mothers heart rate and breathing rate are faster. Breasts become tender, heavier, and larger. She will feel the need to urinate more. Some tips are to rest, maintain hygiene, and take supplements
  • Month 4

    Month 4
    The baby's fingers and toes are well defined. The eyelids, eyebrows, eyelashes, and hair a formed. The teeth and bones are becoming denser. The baby can suck its thumb, yawn, stretch, and make faces.At this time an ultra sound could decide if it was a boy or girl.During this time the mothers appetite starts to pick up and 60% of her weight is pregnancy weight.     During this time hair is starting to grow on the baby's head. Lanugo covers the shoulders, back and temples. Baby;s skin is covered in vernix. You can feel the baby start to move. The mother experiences heartburn, constipation, dizziness, and shortness of breath. Some tips are maintain good posture,manage rashes, and have a positive mind.

    During this time the skin is reddish and wrinkled. and the veins are visible through the translucent skin.Finger and toe prints are visible. The eyes begin to open a little. The mother's load on her back and spine rises. She also experiences tightening on uterus and skin on abdomen may itch. Some tips are avoid heavy pressure on legs, try to avoid constipation, and sleep at least 8 hours.

    During this time the baby is kicking more, still developing more fat, and brain is developing rapidly. The mother is still experiencing shortness of breathe, backaches, and leaky breasts. Some tips are have a good diet, lots of rest, and exercise.
  • Month 9

    Month 9
    The baby's lungs are nearly fully developed, reflexes fully coordinated. It can also blink, close its eyes turn the head, grasp firm, and respond to sound, light and touch. The mother experiences increased urination, fatigue, and body aches. Some tips are prepare yourself, breathing techniques, and watch for signs.

    The baby is placed directly on abdomen to keep warm and is dried off. and undergoes the rest, After you are given the baby and they evaluate your baby's heart rate, breathing, and muscle tone.
