    In your first trimester there are an abundance of things that your body has gone through in the span of 3 months. For example:
    • Mood swings
    • Weight gain/loss of aboout 3 to 4 pounds
    • Frequent urination
    • Mild to extreme nausea with or without vomiting
    • Heartburn, indigestion, flatulence and/or bloating
    • Cravings/ Food aversions
    • Tingling, tender and/or swollen breasts
  • Second Trimester

    Second Trimester
    As you enter into your second trimester, you're hormone levels begin to steady and you finally begin to enjoy being pregnant. You start to see the pregnancy glow that everyone talks about.
    Although this is the best trimester according to most mothers, there are still some sometimes painful changes your body will undergo such as: Backache, bleeding gums, congestion, nose bleeds, and even hair growth.
  • Third Trimester

    Third Trimester
    The third trimester is the final strecth in the pregnancy of your next child. This trimester not only involves the actual labor of your baby but there are other challenges that come with it. Hemmeroids are a common struggle for pregnant women during their third trimester, also, around this time you may start experiencing a shortness of breath due to the expansion of your uterus.
