    Because the world is running through the use of social media, it would be a good idea to use it here. On our social media sites on instagram or facebook we can have coupons that users can claim. They will have a choice of either a 50% or a BOGO offer. This will help keep everything easily and digitally accessible through a barcode. This will promote sales because customers will temporarily purchase at a lower rate.

    We will have free packet samples that allow customers to make one small cup of coffee. Each flavor will be on display, so our customers can try the best one for their taste buds. The location of these samples will be in Pure Soul coffee shops and in local grocery stores where people shop for coffee. This will improve the identity of Pure Soul because it will promote customers who think they don’t like our coffee to give it a try. This will target customers we never had before

    The coupon plan will be for every 5 cups of coffee you will receive a free one! This isn’t too much to where the plan is pointless but also drives a sense of spending in order to accomplish this plan. Customers are able to do this online with an account or through a card that will keep track of purchases through our system. Again this makes for easy access and organization.

    Every purchase over 10$ enters the customer into a monthly drawing for them to potentially win free drinks for the following month. This gives a sense of spending to get to that dollar amount but also an incentive to do so. This is also very affordable on our end because it is likely these incentives are not exploited and we make more money as a result of the sweepstakes.

    Free Coffee Hour!
    On 2 Saturdays we will have a free coffee hour that will be between 8am-9am so that customers can enjoy free coffee. I chose this because we owe it to the people to make up for our past mistakes and rebuild a positive image. Having this bonding time with the community is important. I think that this strategy will help connect people in a way that promotes a good business.
