  • Infancy- My First Word

    Milk
  • Infancy: Physical Development

Before i could crawl I've been told that i would scoot around the hardwood floors as fast as i could. i also liked to climb anything that was taller than me. There was a considerable amount of gross motor development and a fair amount of fine motor skills that i learned by playing with action figures.
  • Infancy: Emotional Development

i was an easy baby, i was easy going, laid back and extremely happy. Strangely enough as an infant i didn't have any separation anxiety. however i did exhibit stranger anxiety.
  • Infancy- Classification

According to Rothbarth and Bates (And my parents descriptions), i was an extroversion/surgency infant. The temperament that i had during infancy complemented the goodness of fit.
  • Infancy: Cognitive

i really don't remember anything from when i was an infant most likely due to infantile amnesia.
  • First Memory

The very first memory i have is in my mothers old Tahoe. She was driving my sister and I to elementary school. i remember it was cold, i was in the backmost part of the car right behind the rear seats peering over looking at the four way intersection at Crows Corner. traffic was backed up but we werent about to be late. I think i was four of five at the time.
  • Early Childhood: important Notes

During this time symptoms of Asperger's started to manifest. i had an intense hate for loud noises, people being in my personal space, and strong odors. I also have a mild case of ADD. These factors heavily influenced my behavior during early- late childhood and adolescence.
  • Early Childhood: Physical Development

During this time i played soccer, i swam extensively, i stilled loved to climb trees, I fenced, i liked to get in fights, i did gymnastics, i loved to ride bikes, pretty much anything that i could do outside or physical i did and went all out. Again you can see that the gross motor development surged. i also loved to play with legos and tinker with broken radios, clocks, door locks, drawing, and writing which all develop the finer motor skills.
  • Early Childhood: Cognitive

I showed an affinity for building and deconstructing everything. Bionicles, Legos, Linkin-Logs, and even the Wifi router was taken apart at one point. So during this point i was extremely found of performing operations forwards and backwards. I was also fond of action figures and of course this was fueled by animism, otherwise they really are just plastic figuries.
  • Childhood: Parent Emotional relationship

They used The " If this, then that", and gave multiple options. there also was a fair amount of corporal punishment however, they always talked to me afterward about why and how come. My parents have always been emotion- coaching and i believe they have done a grand job of doing so.
  • Early Childhood: Emotional

i was head of my peers in my mental ability however i had problems with my social abilities. At this time i was run though the ringer by mental physicians to attempt to find the source of the problem. it turned out that i had Asperger's.
  • Early Childhood: Vocabulary

When i was young my parents used to make me first sound out and say the vocabulary words, then i would have to spell them, then use them in a sentence, and finally i would be quizzed on how to say and spell them and then match it to a definition.
  • Mid/Late Childhood: Physical Development

For the middle stages of my childhood i got really heavy into fencing, and i continued to fence until i was about 12. And of course i was in school so i was always writing and learning to type and this worked my fine motor skills.
  • Mid/ Late Childhood: Important Note 2

All throughout intermediate, middle, and the first two years of high school i was bullied because i was always smaller, easily angered, and i was socially awkward.
  • Mid/ Late Childhood: Cognitive

  • Experience of Loss

The first loss i ever experienced was the worst by far. I always had trouble when i was a kid i didn't do well in school, my parents marriage was falling apart, I always seemed to annoy and anger my sister, so i spent a lot of time at my grandparents mobile home. my grandfather was the person i was closest to, and unlike the rest of my family he actually liked me. He was diagnosed with dementia. I watched him from a hospital bedside for the next two years slowly forgetting who i was.
  • Mid/Late Childhood: Emotional

During Mid/Late childhood my emotional competence was always being challenged. i was regularly in a state of irritation, anger, depression, and anxiety. This constant stream of negative emotions set me back on being able to suppress or conceal my emotions, feel sympathy, or being able to redirect my feeling to whats not right in front of me.
  • Adolescence: Physical Development

I quit fencing when i was 12 and started working out. After working out for a few years i found Muay Thai/ Kickboxing. Working out developed gross motor skills and martial arts also developed gross motor skills.
  • Graduated high School

  • Started College

  • Adolescence: Parental Attatchment

During adolescence i had a secure attachment to my parents however, I still found Myself anxious ad very cautious when exploring new environments even with my parents around. i don't know if that reflects on the relationship i have with my parents or it highlights more so a part of my personality.
  • Adolescence: Coping With Stress

During adolescence my coping stratigies were a combination of good and bad. I had an excellent way of talking through things and working things from a logical point of view and from multiple points of view as to come to the best solution to problems concerning relationships with friends and family. However during the breakups i endured, there were sometimes where i would not only withdraw and become extremely bitter but also take part in illegal activities to distract myself.
  • Adolescence/Early Adulthood: Dialect Terms

For this entry we are talking about jargon terms used only between friends/family. One thing that my friends used to say to describe someone was, "Shes all sixes and sevens.". This is also a British slang meaning that whoever you were talking about was crazy. I don't know if its considered jargon but my friends and i all play video games and will refer to each other by out gamer tags instead of our actual names just because we're used to it.
  • Early Adulthood: Physical development

As a young adult i workout and still train in martial arts Which again is furthering the development of gross motor skilled and i still play video games as well that i also am in college and do a lot of writing and typing to work fine motor skills.
  • Early Adulthood: Identity Status

i would say that i'm going through MAMA cycles. right as i achieve stable ground and figure out what i want, another thing comes under question. For example, i know that i want to work in the medical field and i know that i'm going to get a degree in nursing and then if i want to go back ill try to become a doctor. awesome now I've got the figured out, but now i feel unsure about romantic relationships. What do i want from it? what will they want from me?
  • Early Adulthood: Family Health History

My fathers side of the family has a history of diabetes. He has it, his father had it, and my great grandmother had it. This chronic disease can be managed by monitoring and manipulating my diet coupled with aerobic exercise. im also prone to hyperthyroidism, of which the only way to treat it is to take supplements and there are no outward symptoms. As I'm getting older i have to take these things more seriously and it does make me rethink about my priorities.
  • Big Five Personality Test

The results showed that i was high in extroversion, high conscientiousness, open-minded, disagreeable, and somewhat high strung. I feel that this represents me somewhat accurately. i would have to say that everything has stayed consistent except for being high strung. i t seems like the older i get the more high strung i get.
  • Early Adulthood: Coping With Stress

In early adulthood my coping habits have gotten better then those during my adolescence. I still maintain the ability to talk through most anything in a very logical way, if not sarcastic. The most stressful thing tat i've come to encounter is the schoolwork that comes with going to college. take this project for example. i have an outline for how it needs to be set up however i don't have a very god example for content to go off of, therefore the stress of extrapolating from data.
  • Learning Stratigies

The learning strategy that I've used most is repetition. as I've gotten older I've learned to dually encode information by combining audio-visual stimuli for singular concepts. I've also learned that tutoring someone is a great way to not only review and study material but also it lets me know how well i understand the material.
