Treaty of Paris 1763
Also known as the Treaty of 1763, the Treaty of Paris was a treaty signed in Paris, France concluding the 7 Years War. It was signed by the kingdoms ofGreat Britian, France, Spain and Pourtugal. -

Pontiac's Rebeliion
A war started by a loose alliane between Native AMerican tribes who were unhappy with Britians post-war laws, rules and regualtions after Britains victory in the French and Indain war. -
Proclamation of 1763
A proclaamtion deliverd by the King of great Britian after it beat Frane in the 7 Years war. It stated thet no one in the Colonies could settle land beyond the Appalachian Mountains. -
Sugar Act
An act that permitted the taxation of six pence per gallon of imported sugar or molasses into the colonies. The Brits did this in order to pay off massive war debt. -
Stamp Act
An act that allowed the British to taxt the movement or publishing of any document in the colonies. This helped fuel the fire for the revolt agaisnt the British in the comming years. -
Quartering Act
A law or act that called for the housng and hospitality twords British soldiers by the colonsits. This ment that British soldires were allowed to come in and live with colonists and be given free food and shelter by law. -
Declaratory Act
An act that took away the Stamp act and the lessedn the taxes paid for the Sugar Act. This was caused by the colonist discontempt with the British Parlaiment. -

Townshend Act
An act passed by Chancellor of the Exchequer Charls Townshend. It contain the taxing of glass, lead, paints, paper and tea imported into the colonies. This was a major upset to the colonists -
Townshend Act
Tax on paper, led, paint, glass, and tea. These taxes are for the sole purpose of generating revenue for England. -
Boston Massacre
Colonists and British soldiers get into an altercation in Boston and 5 colonists are shot and killed -
Boston Tea Party
Sons of Liberty sneak onto British Tea Ships and dump cargo into Boston Harbor. -
Intolerable Acts
British response to the Boston Tea Party.
