I drink too much caffeine and need to limit my consumption -
Limit myself to one or less drinks a day
Limiting my caffeine intake by slowly reducing the amount of caffeine I drink daily -
Decreasing my caffeine intake will also help with the money I spend
I spend money on caffeinated drinks every day and it slowly adds up -
Noticing differences
I will notice me having more money and maybe won’t be as shaky or tired -
Completely remove energy drinks
Stop drinking energy drinks and stick to low or zero caffeine sodas -
What will it accomplish
I will have more spending money and be healthier.
