The Butterfly Collector (or Red Jack)
Friend of the Chief, Rhea Jones, is kidnapped by the Red Jack, and the Doom Patrol follow him to his home. There they find the walls covered in pinned butterflies that are still alive. When Red Jack tells them their pain is what keeps him alive, they get him to accidently smash the cases. With the butterflies gone, he shrivels into nothing. -
