    First Run
    Today was the day to the start of my healthy week! I started today with running 3 miles while monitoring my heart rate before and after. I made sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after to avoid dyhdration. I felt really good afterwards and am excited to progress throughout the week!
  • Healthy Breakfast

    Healthy Breakfast
    Day two of my healthy week and I started off the morning with a healthy breakfast, the most important meal of the day! I had an apple, a glass of orange juice and a bowl of honey and oats. Its only been two days but I already feel a lot better! Physically and emotionally!
  • Good lift

    Good lift
    Day three of my healthy week and I decided to go to the gym. I focused a lot on cardio and my core by running on the treadmill for 20 mins and doing 3 sets of 25 of crunches. I am very sore but still feel very good.
  • Change in snacks

    Change in snacks
    Day four of my healthy week and I've decided to eat a healthier snack in between meals. Instead of usually eating chips and cookies I've decided to switch it up to eating apple slices and carrot sticks! This change feels right and beneficial! I've noticed I have had a lot more energy through this week!
  • Halloween Rest

    Halloween Rest
    Day 5 of my healthy week and I've decided to get some rest and relax. Im still going to get some exercise in by walking from house to house trick or treating! I'm going to make sure to not stock up on too much candy and to not eat it all at once!
  • Back to the run

    Day 6 of my healthy week and I am going back running! I feel really good and well rested and have decided to increase the miles to 5 instead of 3!
  • Healthy Dinner

    Healthy Dinner
    Last day of my healthy week and I'm celebrating with treating myself to a healthy dinner! I'm making fettucine alfredo with chicken and asparagus and having a glass of water with it! This healthy week has been nothing but fun and benefical for me! I feel and look a lot better, I have a lot more energy and my mood has always been positive. I am very determined and excited to continue with this healthy lifestyle and very eager to continue seeing such beneficial and positive results.
