    The official transition date to the Common Core. All the teachers will be knee deep in the reworking of lessons and assessments.

    TUSD has stated that it will go 1:1 in January of 2014. Every student from grades 6-12 will have a device. Students in K-5 will also be using devices.

    Testing begins for the all new Common Core.
  • Future Classroom

    This will be a very fluid concept of a classroom. Students will need to move around and interact with others in an open environment.

    By the time we reach 2018 50% of all high and middle school classes will be online. Many students will take advantage of this style of learning.

    Students and teachers will know what their strengths so they will be able to focus on what they love doing from an early age.
