Meet with colleagues informally who are in current programs and identify more stakeholders. -

Create a Google survey to gather information and data on current credit recovery and alternative programs. -
Initial Meeting to Present Data
At this first meeting I will present the data gathered on structure and data on the success of students in current programs. Create a committee, identify next steps, and delegate responsibilities. -
Identify a Program
Committee will review information and decide on a program to use -
Location Options
Identify options for locations to host the program and discuss -
Next Steps Meeting
Meet with current committee and discuss next steps for the 2020-2021 implementation -
Mission Statement
The committee will reconvene to review next steps for implementation and create a mission statement for the PL program. -
Course of Study
Meet to complete the Course of Study program and prepare to present at the Special Ed curriculum meeting. -
Curriclum Committee Presentation
Present program to Special Education Curriculum Committee -
High School Board Meeting
Present program and research to high school board -
Student Selection
Create a survey and send it to teachers to be able to select a group of students who are appropriate for the program. -
Parent information Night
Invite all recommended students and their parents for an information meeting. -
