September 11, 2001
When this happened I was still a baby, but now as I learn more and more each year it has opened my eyes that the world isn't always peaceful. If there ever is a draft, this event influenced me to happily go fight enemies of the United States. -
First Time Watching a Movie in a Theater
In June my mother took me to see Finding Nemo, my first movie in a movie theater. This opened me up to all the movies I see today. -
First Day of Preschool
This was the first day of my entire educational career. It affected me by meeting so many new people who years later I'm still in the same class with them. -
5th Birthday
This was the first time I had a big gift. We went to Holiday World and ever since then I have had a season pass. -
Obama elected President
This affected me because of all the policies that Obama would add and also get rid of Bush's programs. It wouldn't be until years later that I would get into politics to realize that Obama didn't really do anything to majorly help the nation in my opinion. -
Little Brother is born
Oliver was born. Before his birth, I prayed for years and years to have a little brother and now I had a big influence to be a better person and help Oliver learn how to be a good person. -
10th birthday
My 10 birthday we traveled to the Indianapolis Museum and I got to see lots of different kinds of animals. I loved the aquarium part. -
Bin Laden Confirmed Dead
On this day, United States Navy Seals went into Pakistan and successfully carried out assassinating Bin Laden, the man who orchestrated the 9/11 attacks. I was overjoyed whenever they announced this man's death. We finally took out the man who arranged thousands of American lives to be lost. -
Very First Mission Trip
This trip changed my view of people. I had to travel away from my family and work for the less fortuanate. -
Washington DC, 8th grade trip
This was my very first far away trip from home and having fun and not having to work. This week was amazing because I got to see the White House and all of these famous monuments. -
13th Birthday
This birthday wasn't super special besides all of the jokes about finally being a teenager. We sat at home and ordered Noble Roman's and my older brothers came down to visit. -
8th Grade Recognition
This event affected me because I was finally finished with middle school. I was very nervous for high school and I couldn't wait to see all my friends and be in a totally new environment. -
New Dog: Watson
This day affected me because now I had a friend I could play with at home since my childhood dog passed away. -
Broke my middle finger
On this day in middle school, we were playing handball in P.E. Eli came to slap the ball out of my hand and all of a sudden I felt immense pain. -
Gay Marriage becomes legal.
This was a big event because, at the time, gay marriage was illegal in the church. It was a conflict of interest because personal views and church views were conflicting. -
Confirmation
On this day, I became an adult in the Catholic Church. This was a big thing for my family because they raised me into the church and they were really excited for me. -
16th Birthday
For my 16th birthday my family took a trip to see my mom's childhood friend that lives in Florida. A special exclusive thing for me was that I got to feed and touch a dolphin. I love dolphins! -
Getting my license.
This day was right before I left for another mission trip. The whole time I was away I was dying to get driving. -
Getting Accepted to USI
On the first month of my senior year, I received news that I was accepted into college. It has made my senior year breeze knowing that I don't have to stress about getting in college applications last second. -
Prom 2017
This was a big event for me because I had a really nice tux on. I mean, I was dumped after I already ordered my tux but I felt like I absolutely killed that color. I was dancing around taking big pictures and had such a nice night. -
Meeting Tatiana
Meeting Tati was very unexpected. I just ended an unhealthy relationship where I got my heart smashed. From the start, she was very captivating and 9 months later we are showing no signs of stopping! She continues to show me the joys of life and has changed the way I think and go through with things. -
My Brother's Wedding
This was a very big day, I was a groomsman for my brother. My entire family was at this and it was the first time that I had a sister. (by law) -
Christmas 2017
This Christmas affected me because this was the first time that the entire family was home including significant others. It really set the tone for me throughout the break.
